Well, folks, spring is here, and boy howdy, is it a welcome change.  These great outdoors of the Greater Vancouver Regional District have been calling me for a long time, and for a long time, I’ve ignored their calls.  You see, believe it or not, Dr. Matt likes being comfortable, and hesitates when something is outside of his comfort zone.   (more…)

Folks, I’m going to be turning 30 in a month and change. Now, right away, you’re thinking, “Wait a minute, Dr. Matt, you’re a successful author, public speaker, and interpersonal communicator, and you’ve done all of this in your twenties?” To be honest, I, too, had to stop and think about how much I’d accomplished already to this point.
